ACTS through its victim restoration and empowerment program addresses the effects of injustice in Uganda.This program is the main processing unit for initiating teams of ACTS. After victims are rehabilitated, economic empowerment is then done through other thematic areas. The general objective and aim of this program is to continuously operate a facility that fosters and supports efforts of holistically restoring victims of social injustice (including defiled, abused, abandoned and devastated women and youths).
